Stainless steel hot rolled coils are produced by heating stainless steel slabs above recrystallization temperature, rolling them into continuous strips, and then annealing and pickling to remove scale. The typical surface finish is No.1, which presents a rough, matte and slightly grainy appearance. Compared with cold rolled coils, hot rolled coils have thicker gauges, lower surface brightness and wider thickness tolerance, but offer good mechanical properties, stable structure and cost advantages for heavy industrial applications.
Professional manufacturer of stainless steel hot rolled coils in 201, 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 321, 310S, 410, 430, 2205 and other grades. Thickness 1.5–15 mm, width 1000–2000 mm, with No.1 hot rolled pickled finish. Widely used in chemical tanks, pressure vessels, shipbuilding, heat exchangers, structural fabrication and further cold rolling. Custom sizes, tolerances, edge conditions and seaworthy packing available.
