Export Packaging Solution

We offer customized export packaging solutions according to stainless steel product type, dimension, weight and transportation mode (sea freight, air freight, land transport). Anti-rust, scratch-proof and shock-resistant protection is fully applied to meet international shipping standards and guarantee goods arrive at your warehouse in good condition.

1. PE Stretch Film Wrapping Stainless steel sheets, coils and profiles are wrapped with PE stretch film to isolate moisture and dust, avoid surface scratches for basic rust protection.

2. Anti-rust & Moisture-proof Paper Wrapping Stainless steel tubes, round bars and pipe fittings are covered with anti-rust oil paper, protecting products from salt spray corrosion during ocean shipment, standard packing for stainless steel export.

3. IPPC Heat-treated Wooden Pallet Bulk profiles, plates and pipes are stacked on IPPC marked fumigation-free wooden pallets, fastened with steel strapping for forklift loading. Suitable for container shipping and comply with customs quarantine regulations worldwide.

4. Plywood Case / Solid Wooden Case Precision tubes, flanges, heads and fabricated parts are packed in plywood or solid wooden cases, shockproof and pressure-resistant to prevent deformation and damage during transit.

5. PP Woven Bag Packing Stainless steel wire rope and small loose parts are packed in heavy-duty PP woven bags for economical basic protection.

6. Optional Extra Service Custom shipping mark printing, product labels (material grade, size, batch number), vacuum anti-rust packing and separate isolation packing to avoid friction between products.
