Description
Precision stainless steel strip is produced by high-precision cold rolling with tight tolerance, excellent flatness and clean edge condition. Available tempers: annealed, 1/4H, 1/2H, 3/4H, Full Hard (H), Extra Hard (EH). Full hard strip is heavily cold worked to achieve ultra-high tensile strength and elasticity, widely selected for springs and flexible clips. Common grades: 301, 304, 316L, 430, 302, compliant with ASTM A666, EN, JIS and GB standards. Thickness range: 0.03–2.0 mm. Custom narrow slit width available. Finishes: 2B, BA bright, hairline HL. Processing services: precision slitting, deburring, leveling, cut-to-length. Features stable corrosion resistance, consistent spring performance and good fatigue resistance. Widely applied for electronic shrapnel, battery contacts, EMI shielding, precision springs, clips, gaskets, medical components, automotive precision parts, doctor blades and other stamping parts. Export anti-rust packing, custom tolerance per drawing is acceptable.
